Experiments with neuronal cell culture.

Reaching out with their intricate, branching processes, neurons take on an innumerable variety of striking and evocative shapes. I utilize microscopy to photograph sensory neurons stained with fluorescent dyes. Though originally imaged in monochrome, I play with colour to enhance their individual form and beauty.
